REFUND / RETURN POLICY
FOR PERFECT ENDINGS
We allow returns to be made 5 calendar days after you have made your purchase if you are not content with your purchase. The max refund amount we will accept a return for is $150. Items must be shipped back in brand new (unopened) condition and the shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer for these returns. Please keep in mind, there is a 30% restocking fee for returns. If an item is defective or damaged, we will replace the item at our cost without a restocking fee. Please refer to our Shipping & Return Policy for additional information.
DAMAGED ITEM POLICY
All items shipped from our warehouse locations are found to be in perfect condition with the retail packaging in a good presentable condition as well. If you receive an item from us that is not in the above-mentioned condition, you must contact us within 5 days of your receipt to ensure a remedy is provided within a timely manner.
